Cinema at Belltable March 2026 Schedule
Welcome to the March IFI@Belltable line-up! We have 5 excellent films for you this month, screening every Monday. Prebooking tickets for these popular and highly awarded films is highly recommended.
Kicking off on March 2nd is A Quiet Love. This Irish documentary follows three Deaf couples, exploring decades-long forbidden romance across a religious divide, LGBTQI+ parenting, and the relationship between a Deaf boxer and his hearing partner. Their stories are told through Irish Sign Language. The film has English captions for those not familiar with ISL.
The Voice of Hind Rajab, our Feb 9th film, is a docudrama that reconstructs the final hours of a young Palestinian girl in Gaza using real Red Crescent emergency call audio and dramatized scenes of the rescuers trying to reach her. The film was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture – Non-English Language and nominated for an Academy Award for Best International Feature Film.
Our IFI@Belltable film for March 16th is It Was Just an Accident, a highly acclaimed Iranian political thriller directed by Jafar Panahi. The film, which was produced in secret while Panahi was under government restrictions, has won numerous top-tier awards globally, including the Palme d’Or at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival.
Our March 23rd film has been nominated for 16 Academy Awards, setting the record for the most nominations of all time. Sinners is an ambitious, visually stunning film that blends Southern Gothic atmosphere, supernatural vampire horror, and blues music. This film has an earlier start time of 4.30pm and 8pm due to run time.
Wrapping up an amazing run of March films is The Secret Agent, an action packed film where a professor-turned-fugitive races through Brazil’s 1977 carnival chaos. Wagner Moura won best Actor at the Golden Globes for his performance in The Secret Agent and is also nominated for Best Actor at the Academy Awards. The film is up for 3 other Academy Awards as well.
