Limerick Theatre Bursaries

In November 2021 Limerick Arts Office, Limerick City and County Council, worked in partnership with the Lime Tree Theatre | Belltable, to bring a new suite of Limerick Theatre Bursaries to theatre practitioners in Limerick and nationally. This provides an enhanced support to the sector, as a response to COVID-19. Bursaries of up to €5,000 each are funded by Limerick Arts Office, Limerick City and County Council and by the Lime Tree Theatre | Belltable under its BelltableConnect programme.

Three awards are funded by Limerick City and County Council and three awards by the Lime Tree Theatre | Belltable.

Limerick City and County Council successful applicants were: Pius McGrath (Honest Arts), Ann Blake and Mamobo Ogoro (Gorm Media).

The Lime Tree Theatre | Belltable successful applicants were: Joanne Ryan, Georgina Miller and Brian Desmond.
