A panel discussion chaired by collage artist, writer, zine maker and arts educator Tiffany Glenn and curated by musician Emma Langford, with a vibrant panel that spans the worlds of music, literature, queer theory and gender identity.
They’ll be exploring the what and the why for each person (what is/are their form(s) of expression? How did they arrive there? Why do they make art?), and the importance of finding and using one’s voice in the face of societal pressure to conform (whether felt and/or actual).

The panelists will include participants from the MA in Songwriting at UL among others and draws clear lines to Kate O’Brien’s life and work.
