- Tresor, located in Berlin, Germany, is one of the most iconic techno clubs in the world. Founded in 1991, Tresor has played a pivotal role in shaping the electronic music landscape, serving as a breeding ground for emerging talent and a mecca for techno enthusiasts worldwide. Known for its industrial setting and uncompromising commitment to underground sounds, Tresor remains a cultural institution revered by artists and fans alike. In 2021, Tresor celebrated its 30-year anniversary, marking three decades of groundbreaking music and unforgettable experiences. Tresor Records, the club’s esteemed record label, has been instrumental in shaping the sound of techno, with a catalog of releases that span the spectrum of electronic music. From timeless classics to cutting-edge releases, Tresor Records continues to push the boundaries of the genre, solidifying its legacy as a driving force in the electronic music community.
- Hardware is a new conceptual club night taking place quarterly in Belltable Theatre, Limerick. The focus of the club night is live implementation of the tools that we use to create electronic music. Spear headed by local Musicians: Chaz Moloney & Brawni, Hardware aims to bring electronic musicians from around the country together in a collaborative effort to produce one night of improvised music together. The first edition of the new event series took place on Paddys weekend, 16.03.24. Chaz & Brawni invited musicians Paddy Mulcahy & Rustal to join them for the Sold Out debut night. Therefore, pitting ambient, techno, electro & electronica artists together in a club setting for a legendary four hour live improvisation, the likes of which Ireland has never seen before.
- Circuit Structure Records is an initiative founded by Mullingar native Offtrack. Circuit Structure focuses on deliverings its vision of tech through means of a record label & club nights. The concept hides indirectly behind the name, which came from Offtracks love for loop driven hypnotic sounds. ‘Circuit’, a synonym of the word loop, the labels focus being loops of many structures. Circuit Structure focuses on nurturing talent of such a style while not focusing on popularity, but what’s functional, clear & good.
LASTA Festival 2024 is curated by Belltable’s Young Curators Annie Brown and Eric Fitzgerald.
