All In The Timing by David Ives
Presented by BA in Contemporary & Applied Theatre Studies, MIC
Often referred to as the master of short form, Ives’s carefully crafted collection of six one-act plays explores language, mortality and human connection.
Characters and situations range from a café “meet-cute”, to Leon Trotsky unpacking his own assassination through various genres, to a group of chimpanzees attempting to type Shakespeare.
Directed by Ann Blake, All In The Timing promises to be a playful, entertaining and surprising experience, with a delicate balance of drama and comedy.
